History

COMplus AG is a public company represents an amalgamation of competent businesses that have been well-established in the regional markets since 1991. At that time the present CEO, Mr Uwe Maiberg, together with the present chairman of the board, Mr Michael Vender, founded the COMplus digital GmbH that gained quick acceptance as a specialised company in network technology.

Together with a growing amount of employees and an increase in customer´s demands, the then network specialists broadened their professional skills as well as the company´s range of services – competence centres were generated in order to for satisfy the different customer´s needs.

At the beginning of the year 2006, following the move into the new corporate building located in the industrial park of the city of Kirchmoeser; management decided to unite the various business centres under one umbrella in order to act as an IT system house with a broad spectrum of services.
