ISO 9001

In November 2007, management made the strategic decision to have the company certified according to the quality standards of ISO 9001. That decision was based on two reasons. On the one hand, many customers, first of all industrial and manufacturing companies, combine the bids and the acceptance of bids respectively under the assumption that their suppliers are ISO certified. This made COMplus’ certification a must in order to retain its competitive edge. Furthermore, it allowed  management the capability to screen internal processes for weak points, hence adding value to the process.

Within six months, and with the help of a QM expert; COMplus was able to optimise the operating processes, beginning with the development of products, the project management, consignments and service features, and for fulfilling the existing global standards of ISO 9001.

In July 2008 COMplus was successfully certified by the authorised company TAW Cert, confirming the advanced level of the company´s efforts. It remains our obligation to continuously enhance our  high quality standards, which are yearly screened and approved by TAW Cert.

Also one of the subsidiaries of COMplus AG, the COMplus Academy, was successfully ISO 9001 certified in March 2008.
